Located at 108 St. Edwards Street in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY, this 11-story transitional housing development features 105 units across approximately 75,000 square feet
159 Boerum
19-story building with 162 market rate apartments. Developed with Avenue Capital Realty on a complex site, 159 Boerum is one of the largest new ground-up buildings in high-demand North Brooklyn.
