Terry Malliakas is responsible for all purchasing, value engineering and procurement. He is also the founder and owner of Dynatec Contracting, a New York based General Contractor that was founded in 1993. Dynatec has built and renovated over 2,000 residential units, totaling over 1 million square feet. In addition to residential and mixed ground-up construction, he has constructed commercial, industrial, and medical facilities, and performed interior and exterior renovations and gut rehabilitation construction. His multifaceted experience with both Private and Public Works brings the highest quality of professionalism and productivity in the industry. Terry received his BS in structural engineering from Pratt University.
